Last weeks of Cleveland

Before leaving Cleveland we had to hit all of our favorite spots. We had lots of fun going to the Cleveland Zoo.

Maycee, Hayden, and Peyton had fun seeing all the animals and being together
We went to the park and Aubrey got to swing for the first time.
Since it was a sunny day Aubrey got to try out her Sunglasses. Thanks Grandma!!!
Like everything else....they taste good too!
We went to the mall to play on the toys. Aubrey and Kellan had fun watching the big kids.
We went as a family to the Kirtland Church history sites.

Thanks for all the fun times and memories Cleveland. We are sad to leave good friends and memories behind, but excited for our new adventures!!!!

Dress up

Peyton has discovered the fun in dressing up! He got these costumes for his birthday and loves them! He thinks all super heros are "Super Guys" as he calls them.
Wolverine
Bumblebee

Aubrey is all dolled up for Church. She looked so cute all dressed up in her dress and hat. She got referred to as the muffin girl, a doll, and a cupcake!
What do you think she looks like?

My Boy is 3

Peyton was so excited for his birthday! He was talking about it all week long. He wanted a party with cake and decorations. We bought some balloons, streamers and special plates for his cake. When he woke up in the morning he went downstairs to get his milk cup. Sam and I were listening to him from our room and he was sooooo excited!!!! He was saying huuuuh!Look its deicrations, look balloons, look cake, and then he say his doughnut.....he was jumping up and down. He ran upstairs into our room to tell us. Peyton was jumping up and down and was shaking from all the excitment! It was really fun to see how much fun he was having.
We went to the park. Then we had a BBQ and party with his friends Hayden and Maycee. Of course Peyton had to have a cheeseburger for his bday dinner.Peyton loves art time! His favorite present was his color wonder set. As you can see Aubrey loved the paper.
We couldnt find the candles for him to blow out so we tried toothpicks. They didnt work great, so we resulted to putting the match in the cake.
Peyton's Toothless cake. I put Peyton on the cake instead of Hicup.
It was a special day, especially because he got lots of time with Daddy! Happy Birthday Peyton!

Hoppy Easter

Peyton was so anxious to color eggs. He had been waiting all month to "paint" the eggs. He was so excited when it was finally time. I guess dipping the eggs in the colors with your hands was a lot funner than using the dipping stick. Each egg didnt stay in the dye long. Peyton would hold on to the egg and quickly dump it in a color and transfer it to another one. It was really funny to watch.
At the very end he decided to use the dipping stick.
I'm not sure if he got more color on the eggs or on him. Thankfully a nice bubble bath cleaned it all off.
Aubrey was a great participant in all of this :)
Easter morning Peyton was really excited for the eggs. He doesn't understand the easter bunny yet. Probably because we didnt talk about it much. It was a great surprise when there were treats in his basket. He loved checking out his loot.
Then he showed Aubrey how to take al the grass out of the baskets and throw it everywhere. Every kids favorite part.
Peyton wanted to wear his costume he got last night for his Birthday. We had been doing egg hunts all week. Peyton did a great job hiding and finding the eggs. To his surprise he found candy and money in his eggs this time. :-P
